  • Kenny Frazier


    Kenny developed a passion for the outdoors through his boyhood hunting and fishing trips with his father. Kenny went on to earn his B.S. in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University. He and his wife Talaya of 20 years married in college and started a jewelry business and a few restaurant franchises. Kenny is now passing down the love of the outdoors to their two daughters, Talaya Ann and Cheyanna. They both love to join him on hunting trips, especially while spending time on the family ranch.

    Kenny received his brokerage licenses 20 years ago, both in buying and selling businesses as well as real estate. Since then, he has sold 100 million worth of ranch land. Kenny is committed to building your family's future as he's successfully done for his family and many others.

  • Zach Ehlers


    Zach’s passion for the outdoors began early in life, which drove him to earn a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University. Zach began working in the hunting and wildlife management business in 1999. His college degree led him to work as a wildlife biologist and field manager for Wildlife Systems, Inc. straight out of college. Working in the outfitting business gave Zach a deep respect and appreciation for the land, as well as the landowners. His love for the outdoors has taken him all over the world, including spending time in Alaska while guiding fishing and hunting trips, hunting dall sheep in the Yukon, chasing cape buffalo in Africa, and the many memorable hunts in his home state of Texas. He has been fortunate to own and sell recreational property with friends, which helps him understand the goals and dreams of being a landowner. Zach currently resides in Seguin, TX with his wife, Jessica, and two daughters, Bennett and Baylie. He is a full time firefighter/EMT for the San Antonio Fire Department and loves to spend every chance he has outdoors with friends and family. Zach has a strong desire to assist anyone who shares his passion for the outdoors in finding the perfect piece of property to fit his client’s needs.

    Andrew grew up in a rural area south of San Antonio, where his love and respect of the outdoors started. He began volunteering for his local volunteer fire department in high school, which led him to apply for the City of San Antonio Fire Department and earn a B.S. in Fire Science. He now works as a Firefighter/EMT for SAFD, but enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time. He currently resides outside of Poteet, Texas with his wife, Kristen, son, Bowen and daughter, Hadley. He has a passion for helping people, and works hard to make sure his clients find the perfect piece of property for their lifestyle.

    Gabe lives outside of De Leon, TX where along with his wife, Shiloh and 3 kids Grace, Emma and Hud. They operate their family farm producing farm to table beef, hay, and a bred heifer operation. Along with agriculture, Gabe has a passion for the outdoors, spending 25+ years making hunting memories with family and friends. This lifestyle has given Gabe a unique perspective on land that affords opportunities for both buyers and sellers, regarding income potential, infrastructure, and operational development.
